Nationwide Theater Event Set For Apr. 22
Nashville, Tenn. (Apr. 2, 2019) – The cast of Bethel Music’s Bright Ones spent time with Radio Disney in Los Angeles last week to chat about the upcoming film, in theaters for one special evening on Apr. 22. Tune in to Radio Disney tomorrow, Apr. 3 throughout the day to hear the cast’s interview. Following the lives of three students, each embarking on a journey to find their identity while attending a performing arts high school, the Bright Ones embraces themes of friendship, family and the courage to find your own voice.
The group also took time to celebrate the anticipated release of its first ever feature film this past week by hosting a movie premiere in Bethel’s home base of Redding, CA. Presented by Fathom Events, families nationwide will be able to enjoy the film in over 700 select movie theaters on Apr. 22. In addition to the screening, Bright Ones will be available in select churches through the Fathom Affinity Network in partnership with Collide Media and Inciite.
Members from the Bright Ones cast as well as Bethel Music artists were in attendance to commemorate the unveiling.
The film also includes music from the album of the same name, released this past April to critical acclaim. Breaking the mold of kid’s worship, Dove Award-winning Bright Ones the album offers a diverse pop-influenced soundscape with a mixture of re-invented covers and original songs written by members of Bethel Music, performed by the youth of Bright Ones ages 12 to 16.
