These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gospel Music Association website (the “Site”), operated by the Gospel Music Association (“GMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. Memberships, Events, and Transactions

Certain areas of the Site may allow you to apply for membership, register for events, make donations, or purchase products or services. By completing a transaction, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

All fees, donations, and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to GMA and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If you submit content to the Site (including forms, applications, feedback, or other materials), you grant GMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for purposes related to our mission and operations.
