15 March 2017 – Franklin, Tenn – Since its launch last fall, Story House Collective has added seven new members to its rapidly growing team. The multifaceted company was born out of Matthew West’s desire to impact culture by developing the next generation of storytellers, and the new team members are enthusiastic to help make that vision a reality.
“The raw energy and alignment we are experiencing with this new team is phenomenal,” says SHC Strategist Sharen King, who is also responsible for business vision and development. “Each member is personally committed to our shared purpose and ‘next level’ execution within every aspect of the business.”
The roles are versatile in job function – from touring to video production to marketing and operations – together creating the ultimate dream team and each bringing their own unique talents and gifts to the table. The new team members include:
- Mark Drury, Artist and Operations Specialist
- Kacie Barnwell, Project Operations Specialist
- Sharen King, SHC Strategist
- Jeremy Pruis, Video and Creative Design Specialist
- Steve Kahler, Tour Manager
- Phil Bledsoe, Front of House Engineer & Production Manager
- David Childress, Music Director
“I’m thrilled about this group we’ve assembled,” Matthew West shares. “My vision for this company is to equip and inspire others to use creative outlets to tell their stories. Story House Collective will be the ‘hands and feet’ of my music, ministry, and message, as well as the launch pad for the artists, writers, and storytellers of the future, and I have no doubt that this team has what it takes to see it all come to fruition, especially in ways that have never been done before.”
The Story House Collective team is committed to extending the message beyond the concert through devotionals, books, video, prayer ministry, curriculum, and more. They will continue to partner with a host of strategic partners, including Crowd Surf, 5by5 Agency, Martin Allbee & Associates, Capitol Christian Music Group, and Jeff Roberts & Associates, along with West’s non-profit ministry, popwe.
This year is shaping up to be monumental for West and his team with an April book launch, a new album set to release later this year, and a fall headlining tour. Story House Collective is also actively developing new artists and creators, urging the next generation to use their talents to spread hope to a hurting world.
