Nashville, Tenn. (Sept. 28, 2017) – After 19 years as a full-service management company, BrickHouse Entertainment has reached the milestone of managing over 5,000 shows. Owner and President Scott Brickell said “It’s been an honor to work alongside our artists, their crew, labels, agents, promoters, buyers and sponsors to accomplish this monumental landmark.”
“What a journey! It has been an honor to call Brickell our manager for almost 18 years,” shares MercyMe’s Bart Millard. “He’s as much a part of MercyMe as I am! Congrats to my friend. Here’s to another 5,000 shows. You might want to take a nap!”
Millard presented Scott Brickell with a commemorative plaque acknowledging the achievement at Disney’s Night of Joy on September 8th, 2017. Ironically the show was almost cancelled due to Hurricane Irma.
BrickHouse Entertainment currently manages MercyMe, Phil Wickham, Micah Tyler, JJ Weeks Band and Travis Ryan and has previously managed and consulted many artists including Audio Adrenaline, Switchfoot, Rend Collective, Sidewalk Prophets, Fee, Addison Road, Matthew West, T-Bone, Monk & Neagle, Connersvine, Revive, Luminate, KB and Moriah Peters. BrickHouse also managed the Rock and Worship Roadshow from conception through the first six years of its existence.
“I would be remised if I did not acknowledge all of the hard work completed by my staff, specifically Kim Davis,” adds Brickell. “She has played an integral role in achieving this feat. Kim’s long-term service and commitment to our artists, tireless efforts and attention to detail have helped carry us through to the 5,000 show mark. I also want to thank the rest of the current staff, Ansley Sickeler and Chase Swayze, our two newest members of the family who are quickly becoming key members of the organization.”
“Congratulations to Brickhouse on 5,000 shows!!!” echoes Mark Stuart, Audio Adrenaline. “Thank you for taking our crazy ideas and God sized dreams and making them a reality. We were blessed to have you as a steady leader, a faithful encourager, and an amazing friend. Couldn’t have done it without you.”
