
Dove Award-nominated gospel singer and songwriter Squire Parsons passed away this week at the age of 77.
Born and raised in West Virginia, Parsons attended West Virginia Tech for music, going on to become a member of the Calvarymen Quartet and then the Kingsmen Quartet.
He launched his solo career in the early ’80’s and began performing his most famous song, “Sweet Beulah Land.”
