Anexus Media Enterprises and FCB Faith Media, a subsidiary of the First Class Broadcasting Corporation (FCB), announced today the launch of Damita Uncut, a new syndicated radio show hosted by gospel recording artist and industry veteran Damita.
The program officially premiered on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 7:00 AM on WOVU 95.9 FM in Cleveland, which serves as the flagship station for the show.
Damita Uncut features the best in urban contemporary gospel and Rhythm & Praise (also known as Christian R&B), along with interviews featuring Christian artists, leaders, and cultural figures. The show is designed for both gospel and urban contemporary formats and is prepared for national syndication.
The debut episode featured special guest Jekalyn Carr, the Grammy-nominated, Stellar Award-winning gospel artist, author, and speaker.
“Damita is one of the most respected voices in gospel music, and Damita Uncut reflects both her authenticity and her cultural relevance,” said Darvio Morrow, CEO of First Class Broadcasting and FCB Faith Media. “This show is spiritually grounded, musically relevant, and built to connect with today’s listener in a real and meaningful way while staying true to the message.”
The show is executive produced by industry veteran Dr. TL Holmes, whose leadership and experience in gospel and faith-based media bring additional depth and credibility to the program.
Damita first gained national recognition as a member of Adoration N Prayze and later with the acclaimed ensemble Voices of Unity. She launched her solo career with her self-titled debut album on Atlantic Records and has released multiple projects including No Looking Back and Anticipation. She is widely respected for her vocal ability, songwriting, worship leadership, and longstanding impact within gospel music.
In Cleveland, Damita Uncut airs Sunday mornings at 7:00 AM on WOVU 95.9 FM and is also available online at WOVU.org, as well as on the iHeartRadio and Audacy apps. Additional affiliate stations will be announced.
Damita Uncut is being syndicated by FCB Faith Media and is available to stations nationwide.
