The goal in electing/re-electing these esteemed professionals is to continue the GMA’s mission to expose, promote and celebrate the gospel through music.
“Our board members are such an integral part of the mission of the GMA,” says GMA President, Jackie Patillo. “Each of the newly elected members, along with those returning to serve, are strong members of our community. I’m excited for this next season as we push the GMA into the future.”
Roy Morgan remains as the Chairman of the GMA Board. As the co-founder of Premier Productions, one of the largest producers of live faith and family events both nationally and internationally, Roy has a true heart for Christian and Gospel music and has led the GMA towards innovation and achieving bigger goals.
“This new board of directors only strengthens our outlook for what’s to come,” says Chairman Roy Morgan. “It is my honor to lead this group as we serve this incredible community.”
The GMA Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Gospel Music Association whose mission is to expose, promote and celebrate the gospel through music and to secure and steward resources to support the community surrounding this mission.
