LA/NY April 28, 2016: The countdown to the conclusion of WEtv’s fifth season of the popular original series “Mary Mary” is underway, with just two episodes left, and the current award winning solo artist Tina Campbell, one-half of the star sister duo, announces plans for a 2016 tour, together with husband Teddy, kicking off this coming September. Details on dates, cities and venues to follow.
This year’s show, billed as “An Evening with Teddy and Tina Campbell,” will take on an ever deeper meaning for the couple who remain fully committed to taking their message of forgiveness, faith, and hope, personally to their fans. And to kick off each week of the tour, “The Teddy Campbell Band”, headed by Teddy, drummer, fresh off the finale season of Fox’s hit show American Idol, will present an alternate show for music lovers who prefer to rock out to his brand of soul/rock, honed from his years as drummer/singer with Rickey Minor band on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
For the third part of their three-tiered program, Teddy will host “The Front Line” a men’s bible study aimed at empowering men through biblical principles.
Following the success of 2015’s high profile tour the couple will launch a more extensive tour for 2016. Further details will be announced shortly.
