Innovative Company “Loop” Celebrates First Successful Year
Firm Creates Platform for New Levels of Volunteering
Nashville, TN (June 16, 2016) —- What is Loop you might ask? Allyson Sutton, President/CEO, started the business in August 2015 when she saw the need to unite a team of volunteers across the country in order to bring Christ’s love and calling into action as a community. These volunteers provide help with selling merchandise, being representatives for sponsor tables, VIP fan experiences, etc. that brings a more “hands on” experience. Loop has recruited close to 18,000 volunteers who have staffed over 420 events that includes 28 different artist’s tours and events. Anyone wanting to volunteer just needs to sign up online at www.loopevents.org and can select their area of service by clicking on a state, artist, or tour. Each event usually ties in a charity such as Food for the Hungry, Feed the Children, or Childfund. For more information about Loop please check out the “Welcome to Loop” video below:
“Loop’s mission is to change the way people view volunteering at an event,” explains Sutton. “Instead of being just another person in another city, these volunteers are part of the team and fabric of the event’s success. Felicia Berry is a volunteer with Loop and says the experience is a blessing and makes her feel so encouraged. “I have been able to serve in many capacities, meet new friends and hopefully be an encouragement to those I encounter. One of my favorite parts of serving is meeting the fans and hearing the stories of how these artists have impacted their lives. When I’m serving at a Loop event it feels like I’m serving family.”
Loop just finished working alongside LabeLive at the K-LOVE Fan Awards on June 5th, where the volunteers handled backstage check-ins and were artist liaisons for the event. Starting in July, Loop will be providing volunteers for the Positive Hits Tour with performances by Passion featuring Kristian Stanfill, Danny Gokey, Capital Kings, and Hollyn.
