Miel San Marcos celebrates 25 years of ministry with two historic concerts
The group earns Platinum certification and draws thousands of attendees in Guatemala and Mexico
Miel San Marcos celebrates its historic 25th anniversary of ministry with two concerts and live recordings. Both events brought together approximately 45,000 attendees in Guatemala and Mexico.
The November 29 event at Estadio Cementos Progreso in Guatemala and the December 6 event at Arena CDMX in Mexico opened with an emotional segment that traced the group’s history through excerpts from a documentary, reflecting their early beginnings and key experiences over the years.

Following this, attendees experienced a 25-song setlist enhanced by visual and narrative elements, featuring new arrangements of some of Miel San Marcos’ most representative songs, along with performances of six previously unreleased tracks set to appear on their upcoming live album.
“We are deeply grateful in our hearts for what God has allowed us to experience, exalting His mighty name as one church. We celebrate these 25 years by thanking the Lord for His faithfulness, favor, and mercy. We will continue to proclaim His goodness and share the message of salvation with every nation He allows us to,” they expressed with emotion.
Juan Carlos Alvarado, Marcos Witt, and Montesanto took part in both concerts, taking place in Miel San Marcos’ home country and in Mexico. In Guatemala, Israel Houghton joined as a special guest, while in Mexico the concerts featured Kim Richards of Un Corazón, Coalo Zamorano, Susy González, and Nadia.

The second concert also held a special surprise for the group, featuring heartfelt words from Henry Alonzo, founder and executive, and Alexandria Dávila, CEO of Adarga Entertainment Group, the company that has supported Miel San Marcos for over 14 years. Following this meaningful message, the group was presented with a Platinum record for their album Pentecostés by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America). The album also led to one of Miel San Marcos’ most memorable live concerts, with a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in New York.

“We feel honored to receive this recognition, which we lay at the feet of Jesus. Thanks to the entire Miel San Marcos family for doing everything with excellence, and also to our Adarga Group family for the incredible work they do,” said Luis Morales Jr., a member of the group.
In 2026, Miel San Marcos’ 25th-anniversary celebration will be available to relive and enjoy in audio and video formats from anywhere in the world, allowing more people to be part of this milestone. Meanwhile, the group continues to share exclusive content, memories, and special moments through their various social media channels.

“Nations united, one single purpose: to lift high the banner of Jesus, the Name above all names. These 25 years are yours as well, and what we experienced was a glimpse of what God, in His mercy, has allowed us to see: surrendered hearts, generations worshiping, and His glory made manifest. To Him be all the honor forever.”
