Hope Media Group is expanding its reach in Southwest Florida, bringing its Spanish-language ministry, Vida Unida, and its worship music network, Worship 24/7, to new audiences in the Fort Myers market.
Vida Unida will air on 90.5 FM (W213BQ), while 107.9 FM (W300EF) will carry Worship 24/7, providing listeners with encouraging Christian programming designed to inspire faith, offer hope, and point people to Jesus.
The two national networks have previously been available locally through the HD channels of WAYJ. The station debuted in Fort Myers in 1987 as the first WayFM outlet, launching a ministry that has since grown into one of the nation’s leading Christian radio networks. Nearly four decades later, WayFM continues to serve Southwest Florida as Hope Media Group broadens its impact by introducing two additional ministry brands to the community.
“This is a very special market for us because WayFM’s genesis was here,” said Joe Paulo, President and CEO of Hope Media Group. “How appropriate that even after nearly 40 years, we have the privilege of not only continuing to reach people through WayFM, but that we can also expand the impact with worship and Spanish-language formats now.”
The new stations are expected to begin broadcasting during the week of August 25, 2026.
