For immediate release: (Colorado Springs CO, June 19, 2017) – WAY-FM Chief Operating Officer Lloyd Parker has announced that Dean Sims has joined the executive team as Chief Technology Officer. Dean comes to WAY Media after serving the ministry as a technical consultant for 5 months.
“Dean fills a gap on our executive team that has been missing. As we continue to move into the digital space, having someone with Dean’s knowledge base is critical for us. He’s a perfect fit on so many levels.” noted Parker.

Sims comes to WAY-FM after serving seven years as the Director of Global Technology Architecture at Compassion International in Colorado Springs. Before that he was the VP & Chief Technology Officer at T&H and DSC Consulting, VP of e-Business at NRTC and Director of Enterprise Technologies at Raytheon – all based in Washington DC. The new role is effective on July 1 and Sims reports to Parker.
