Steven Curtis Chapman stopped by both Fox & Friends and Live with Kelly and Mark this week for two special music performances.
On each show, Chapman shared a stirring rendition of his latest song, “Remember the Day," ahead of Patriot Day on September 11.
"Remember the Day" was originally written and performed by Chapman 24 years ago on the 1st anniversary of September 11, 2001, at the Madison Square Garden Night of Remembrance. On September 4, 2026, he released the song for the first time in honor of 25 years.
He says the song was written to help process our shared grief, honor those who lost their lives, and celebrate the courage, sacrifice, and compassion that brought our country together in the midst of unimaginable loss.
