ROCKLIN, CALIF. – JANUARY 21, 2015 – K-LOVE has recently named Joe Paulo as Director of Pledge Drives and Donor Communications. Prior to this new role Paulo was Director of Broadcasting at WRCM and WMHK (part of Columbia International University) for the past 6 years and managing WRCM since 2000.

During Paulo’s tenure, WRCM’s revenue grew by 94 percent, and its audience increased by 150 percent. He also spearheaded a multi-million dollar capital campaign and the syndication of the station’s morning show. In addition, Paulo initiated and oversaw the growth of special events like “Faith, Family & Freedom,” which sold out at 16,000 attendance in its final year. He has also served in the Christian music industry and is currently serving as chairman of the board for the Christian Music Broadcasters.
