Some of the producers behind the nation’s top children’s live shows are bringing beloved Bible stories to the stage this fall.
With experience on shows including Baby Shark Live, Blippi the Musical, and Peppa Pig Live, a newly formed entertainment company called The Originals Live is now bringing famous Bible stories to audiences across North America.
The Originals Live was created to be “a new series dedicated to bringing some of the world’s most beloved biblical stories to the stage for generations to come.”
The company’s first production, Daniel in the Lions’ Den, will kick off its North American Tour on October 5, 2026. Each night of the tour will also feature Esther: The Bravest Queen, a companion piece.
Of their initial show, one of The Originals Live producers Josh Blackburn says, “When you consider how long these stories have endured and how relevant they remain, Daniel and Esther felt like the perfect place to begin. With a seasoned creative team that was behind some of the biggest brands in family-friendly live events, audiences can expect a live theatrical experience that is entertaining, inspiring, and unforgettable."
