Fair Trade Senior Director, National Promotion Kai Elmer announces the hiring of Kyndal Kearns as Manager, National Promotion. A 2018 Belmont University graduate with a degree in Music Business, Kyndal has served in a variety of roles including Communications & Worship Arts Project Manager at Rolling Hills Community Church and was most recently a Marketing Project Manager at SheReadsTruth. Originally from Georgia, Kyndal and her husband Mitch have a dog named Gouda. Kyndal joins Ben Butler, who has been with the Fair Trade radio promotion team since 2023.
