Central City Productions proudly announces the return of the 4th Annual Black History Honors, an Emmy® Award-winning docu-entertainment television special airing nationwide in observance of Black History Month, February 7 through March 1, 2026.
Hosted by Stellar and Dove Award-winning recording artist, DOE, Black History Honors shines a national spotlight on African American culture, achievement, and history through compelling stories preserved within legacy museums across the United States. Anchored by the uplifting power of gospel music performed by Jonathan Nelson, Evvie McKinney, and Leon Timbo; the two-hour special offers a reflective and inspiring journey honoring the resilience, innovation, and enduring contributions of Black Americans.
The program is executive produced by acclaimed gospel music industry leader Donald Jackson whose vision continues to bring culturally rich, meaningful storytelling to audiences nationwide.
