WHAT AIRPORT IS BEST TO FLY INTO?
  • Denver International Airport – 2-hour drive, northwest via car
  • Northern Colorado Regional Airport (aka: Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport) – 1.5 hour drive, northwest via car

WILL A CAR OR SERVICE BE PROVIDED FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?
  • Each guest is asked to be responsible for their own transportation to/from the resort. 
  • If you are flying into Denver International, we recommend you renting a car to make the 2-hour drive northeast to Beaver Meadows Ranch Resort.
WHAT IS COVERED FOR THE WEEKEND?
The Worship in the Mountains experience fee ($548.50 per person) covers all meals, beverages, and activities - which include but are not limited to all Worship in the Mountains programming & musical events, horseback riding, sip & paint, hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, and fishing. Guest lodging to be booked separately HERE.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEEKEND?
Generally speaking, all events are business casual. However, we ultimately want everyone to feel comfortable, so if dressing up or dressing down is what makes you feel best, please feel free to do so. Weather can fluctuate this time of year, so we recommend dressing in layers
WHAT TIME WILL THE EVENT END?
While the schedule is still being worked on, we are anticipating all programming to conclude by 12 noon on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
After paying the registration fee, you will receive a questionnaire to complete the registration process. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on that form.
