Music industry pioneer and leading voice in the Latin Music and culture AJ RAMOS, along with Reach Records—the iconic label founded by 4x GRAMMY-winning rapper Lecrae—announces a landmark partnership. The innovative project, “Kingdom & Culture,” is set to influence the intersection of Christian and mainstream content, representing a significant step forward.
To launch, AJ is kicking off a global blend of sounds on the first single on August 8 entitled “Segunda Vida.” Bringing along platinum Latin GRAMMY® award-winning producers The Rudeboyz, the duo made up of Kevin ADG and Chanel el Genio, along with afrobeats artist Limoblaze and Puerto Rican upcoming artist Alexxander. This release marks the start of a series of singles that will build toward a full project.

After years in the general market, RAMOS feels this moment as a nudge he can no longer ignore—a calling to build with greater intention for the Kingdom.
Reminding the world of a love that transforms from the inside out, the release showcases Latin Music and culture, Spanish and English storytelling, and global production elements. All of this is done while maintaining the truth-centered approach both parties are known for in a fresh way. The shared vision is to create something that speaks to real people living real lives. "We're not here to make music that fits in a box," explains RAMOS.
The Executive brings over a decade of experience in the tech sector, production, and overall curation, where he has worked to level the playing field for Christian artists and labels. His role in this specific record encompasses guiding its narrative and spirit while bringing together diverse talents—from established legends to emerging newcomers—in unexpected collaborations that transcend style boundaries.
The initiative aligns seamlessly with Reach Records' core values of truth, creativity, and excellence. Known for challenging expectations and evolving their sound, the company continues its legacy while opening new doors.
"The relationship between Reach and AJ goes back nearly ten years. He believed in our artists, the music, and the mission—creating within communities at the intersections of culture. For our first-ever Latin compilation in 2020, we reached out to AJ, and he moderated a conversation with Lecrae and Funky, as well as appeared on a documentary about Latinos and Christian hip-hop culture. Watching him dream up collaborations, pour into our artists, and lead this project has been inspiring, and we're excited for the world to hear what we've been working on!", Dee Diaz, SVP Marketing Reach Records.
"We love everything that AJ does and what he stands for. He’s been a huge supporter of Christian Hip-Hop and Christian music alongside all the light he brings to Latin music. We’re excited for this partnership and what it will mean to the community of artists and the listeners who will experience this music,” Lecrae, Founder of Reach Records and 4X GRAMMY® winning artist.
Audiences can expect songs that reflect the full spectrum of human experience—walking through seasons of joy and pain, loss and redemption, regret and renewal. This album is designed to make room for listeners to feel seen, for creatives walking in different lanes yet all pointing to the cross, and for faith to be expressed meaningfully.
“It’s for those who may feel distant from God or unworthy of His love. The truth is: God doesn’t call us by our sin; He calls us by our name. In Christ, we are made new. He qualifies the unqualified, and through Him, we find true identity and redemption,” AJ adds.
