Word Music Publishing was honored with the Publisher of the Year Award at the 2016 BMI Christian Music Awards. This marks the second time in the last four years that Word Music Publishing has been named BMI’s Publisher of the Year, earning the highest percentage of copyright ownership among the year’s most-performed songs. In addition, for KING & COUNTRY received the prestigious Song of the Year Award for their hit song “Shoulders” (Warner-Tamerlane Publishing/Word Music Publishing) at the banquet held on Tuesday, June 21.
