The Gospel Music Association (GMA) announces multi-Dove Award winning powerhouse Erica Campbell, the five time Grammy winner and WEtv star of the hit show “Mary Mary,” and New York Times best-selling author Sadie Robertson as the co-hosts for the 46th Annual GMA Dove Awards (www.doveawards.com). Additionally, the Song and Songwriter of the Year categories are announced today. The Dove Awards will take place on Tuesday, October 13th, live from Allen Arena on the campus of Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and will air exclusively on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) on Sunday, October 18th at 9:00 p.m (CST).

NEWS: Phil Wickham Honored with 2015 BMI Christian “Song of the Year” Distinction for “This Is Amazing Grace”

Phil Wickham’s “This Is Amazing Grace” garnered the “Song of the Year” honor at last week’s BMI Christian Awards. “This Is Amazing Grace,” off of his latest album The Ascension, gave Wickham his first career No. 1 single, claiming the top spot on Billboard’s National Christian Audience Chart for 13 consecutive weeks. The song has continually stood in the top 20 of Christian Digital Track Sales, and is currently resting at No. 2 on the CCLI Top Songs Chart. The annual awards ceremony at BMI’s Nashville offices recognized the past year’s most-performed Christian rock, contemporary, inspirational and southern gospel songs played on Christian radio.
