Long-time industry veteran, Dennis Disney, has joined Maxximum Artist Group as Vice President. The announcement was made by Mitchell Solarek, President of the Nashville-based artist management and development company. In this newly-created position, Disney will oversee daily operations for the firm that manages award-winning artists and producers, including Natalie Grant, Danny Gokey, Bernie Herms, Donald Lawrence, and others.

Maxx Recordings recently introduced its debut act, 3for3, landing the most-added spot at CHR radio in its debut week with the single “Halfway,” from their forthcoming July 24th EP, 3for3.
After moving to Nashville in 2000 to connect his successful modeling agency with the music industry, Mitchell Solarek spent the next 15 years building Maximum Artist Group, a company that offers a wide range of artist services, including management, publishing and now record label services through the newly-minted Maxx Recordings. Solarek was the mastermind behind Christian vocal super group Plus One—one of the most successful new artist launches in CCM history—and today manages Natalie Grant, Donald Lawrence, Danny Gokey and Bernie Herms. He also serves as the executive producer of Mary Mary’s popular reality show on We tv. Last month, he announced the debut of Maxx Recordings, a full service record label, whose first three signees—3for3, Kolby Koloff and Riley Clemmons—will intentionally fill a gap echoing Top 40 sensibilities within the CCM genre. In the midst of a hectic travel schedule, Solarek recently took time to share his vision behind Maxx Recordings, how hip-hop is the new pop and why he’s more excited than ever about the present state of the music industry.
Maxx Recordings, a full service label founded and led by Maximum Artist Group’s Mitchell Solarek, introduced it’s first signing, buzz band 3for3, at a star-studded launch party in Nashville tonight. The group is set to launch a single next month, as well as a tour this fall. Additionally, Solarek announced that the full-service entertainment group is partnering with Sony RED and New Day Christian for distribution of the multi-genre enterprise and has also signed Kolby Koloff and Riley Clemmons. Maximum Artist Group is home to award-winning artists such as Natalie Grant, Donald Lawrence, Danny Gokey and award-winning producer Bernie Herms.
