As a Manager, Branding for Essential Worship (https://essentialworship.com/), you will play a key role in managing the overall branding of Essential Worship (“EW”) through content creation, execution of marketing plans and initiatives in tandem with Essential Worship team for song promotions, partner events, project releases, and other EW initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead branding direction for all social media platforms and manage all social media in conjunction with EW Digital team.
  • Design and develop materials that support general marketing efforts as needed (social graphics, images, banners, copy, etc.)
  • Develop forward-thinking marketing strategies in effort to grow brand impact and awareness
  • Create, design, and execution of weekly EW.com newsletter and site features.
  • Oversee all aspects of Song Session video shoots including booking venues, production teams, securing insurance, Artist/BA approvals and any other responsibilities along with direction of video shoot and delivering final audio and video in spec to all Digital Service Providers.
  • Responsible for creative direction including imaging, video content, project artwork (including albums, playlists, streaming compilations and other releases), Essential Worship merchandise, social media creative.
  • Responsible for visual direction on all Spanish content including imaging, artwork and social creative.

Who you are:

  • Prior experience and working knowledge of worship community, church, worship songs, and Christian music
  • Proficient in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or others).
  • Experience in all aspects of coordinating and directing video shoots and project management with internal and external partners to deliver final content.
  • Strong network of freelance partners such as graphic designers, video producers, audio engineers as well as local and nationwide studio contacts.
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company; ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.
  • Excellent understanding with social media sites sand proficient in video editing software. Efficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc); ability to learn new software packages.

This position requires the use of the CLEAR Health Pass App to access the office and off-site work events. While COVID vaccination is highly encouraged, vaccination is not required for employees based out of our Tennessee offices, although COVID-19 testing may be required.
